Intro to Imagery Workshop
Imagery can be considered an active form of meditation utilizing all of the senses to heighten awareness, gain insights, strengthen mind-body connections, reduce stress and just take a fun break. This 3 session workshop includes guided as well as emerging Imagery techniques.
Summer Class Saturdays. August 9, 16, 23. 1:00 – 3:00pm (2 hours per session)
Fall Classes Saturdays. September 13, 20, 27. 1:00 – 3:00pm (2 hours per session) Mondays. September 15, 22, 29. 7:30 – 9:30pm (2 hours per session)
Workshop Fee: $149.00 per person Ongoing Imagery Groups
For participants who have completed the Intro to Imagery Workshop. These weekly sessions are an opportunity to deepen and expand imagery skills as well as integrate Imagery into your daily lives.
Monday Nights starting October 6th. 7:15 (1 hour) or 8:15 (1 hour) – ongoing enrollment.
$25.00 per session or $129.00 for six session commitments.
